Delivery Timelines & Options
Gauteng Delivery:
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 11:00 AM qualify for same-day delivery across Gauteng.
Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
Standard Courier Delivery: 2–5 business days for non-Gauteng orders depending on your location.
Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on package weight, volume, and destination address.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy & Restocking Fee

Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 days back to your original payment method.
Restocking Fee: A 5–10% restocking fee applies to returned items to cover handling and re-inspection costs.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
Devices must have all personal accounts (e.g., Apple ID / iCloud) removed prior to return.
How to Initiate a Return

2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original box along with all original accessories.
3. Dispatch: Send the parcel back via courier to our designated return facility address provided by support.
4. Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–14 days (minus the 5–10% restocking fee).
