Welcome to SBA Electronics. By browsing, accessing, or placing an order on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Operating & Processing Hours
Our customer service and dispatch teams operate during the following business hours:
Weekdays: 09:00 – 16:30
Weekends: 09:00 – 13:00
Order processing takes 1–3 business days prior to courier dispatch.
2. Delivery Guidelines (Gauteng)
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 11:00 AM on weekdays qualify for same-day delivery across Gauteng.
Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the following business day.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Orders are confirmed once payment authorization has successfully cleared.
4. Returns & Restocking Fee
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 days back to the original payment method.
A 5–10% restocking fee applies to returned items to cover re-inspection and handling fees.
All personal security accounts (e.g., Apple ID, iCloud, or screen locks) must be completely removed prior to returning any device.
