SBA Electronics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of products, loss of data on pre-owned devices, or delay in shipping beyond our reasonable control.
It is the customer’s legal responsibility to ensure that all personal data and user accounts (such as iCloud, Apple ID, or Google accounts) are backed up and removed prior to returning any device under our Shipping & Return Policy.
4. Terms of Sale & Returns Summary
Order Processing: Processing takes 1–3 business days prior to dispatch.
Delivery (Gauteng): Orders placed before 11:00 AM qualify for Same-Day Delivery; orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched for Next-Day Delivery.
Refund Window & Fees: Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 days, subject to a 5–10% restocking fee to cover re-inspection and administrative costs.
5. Governing Law
These legal notices and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
