 Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 09:00 – 13:00

3. Orders, Processing & Shipping

 Processing Time: Orders take 1–3 business days to process and prepare for dispatch.

 Gauteng Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 11:00 AM qualify for same-day delivery across Gauteng.

 Gauteng Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the following business day.

4. Returns, Refunds & Restocking Fees

 Refund Window: Eligible and approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 days.

 Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 5–10% restocking fee to cover handling, administrative, and technical inspection costs.

 Device Requirements: Returned devices must have all personal security accounts (such as Apple ID / iCloud or passcodes) removed prior to return.
